Config Option - AllowOpenAdminTool

The AllowOpenAdminTool property controls whether a user can access Admin Tools.

AllowOpenAdminTool properties

Property location:	Config Option > User > User_UserSetting
Default:	False
Valid values:	True: Allows user to access Admin Tools.
	False: User is not allowed to open Admin Tools, and an error message will display if attempt to do so.
Where the setting is reflected...	Start Page when choosing Admin Tools action or shortcut (if applied as a shortcut).
