Config Option - AllowModifyNonOwnerFavoriteGroup

The AllowModifyNonOwnerFavoriteGroup property controls whether a user has permissions to make changes in a Favorites group created by other users.

Admin Tools location:	Config Option > User > User_UserSetting
Default:	False
Valid values:	True: User has permission to modify a favorite group created by another user.
	False: User will not have permission to modify the favorite group.
