Config Option - AllowModifyCustomerDNA

The AllowModifyCustomerDNA property allows a user to modify any customer's Do Not Assign for an employee's status.

Property location:	Config Option > User > User_UserSetting
Default:	False
Valid values:	True: User is allowed to modify Do Not Assign.
	False: User cannot modify Do Not Assign.
Where the setting is reflected...	DNA Action menu option for Employee and Customer sections.
