Config Option - AllowEditPastJobVerifiedDate

The AllowEditPastJobVerifiedDate property allows a user to edit the past job verified date in the Employee Past Job section and Employee Wizard.

Property location:	Config Option > User > User_UserSetting
Default:	False
Valid values:	True: User can edit the past job verified date.
	False: User cannot edit the past job verified date.
Where the setting is reflected:	Employee Past Job section and Employee Wizard.
