The AllowEditAssignmentScheduleHistory property controls whether a user can edit assignment schedule history.

Property location:	Config Option > User > User_UserSetting
Default:	False
Valid values:	True: Allows a user to edit assignment schedule history.
	False: The user cannot edit the schedule history.
