Config Option - AllowChangingTaxExempt

The AllowChangingTaxExempt property controls whether a user can check and un-check the IsTaxExempt checkbox in the Employee tax section.

AllowChangingTaxExempt properties

Property location:	Config Option > User > User_UserSetting
Default:	True
Valid values:	True: Allows a user to check or uncheck the IsTaxExempt checkbox in the Employee tax section.
	False: The checkbox is disabled, preventing the user from changing the setting.
Where the setting is reflected...	This setting is reflected on the Tax Set Up tab in the Employee section's Payroll/Tax Setup tab.
