The AllowChangeEmployeeTaxActive property controls whether a user can set the tax to active or inactive on the Tax Setup tab in the Employee section.

Valid values: | True: Enables the checkbox in the Active column on the Tax Setup tab in the Employee section, allowing the user to set the tax to active or inactive. |
False: Disables the checkbox in the Active column on the Tax Setup tab in the Employee section, preventing the user from setting the tax to active or inactive. | |
