The UseAlternativeTaxBreak property controls if a branch will use the integrated TaxBreak system or not.

Admin Tools location:	Config Option > Supplier > EmployerSetting
Default:	False
Valid values:	True: Overrides integrated TaxBreak.
	False: Does not override integrated TaxBreak
