Config Option - StandardMeasurementStartDate

The StandardMeasurementStartDate property sets the month and date when the standard measurement period begins. The standard measurement period is set through the StandardMeasurementPeriod config option.

StandardMeasurementStartDate properties

Admin Tools location:	Config Option > Supplier > Employer_Healthcare
Default:	1/1
Valid values:	Month and day specified in MM/DD format.
Where the setting is reflected...	Employee section > Payroll > ACA Eligibility.
