Create a Login

It is recommended to create the Login Account before the User Account to ensure the two accounts match exactly. A Login Account authenticates users into the remote environment. A User Account is used to access the Core Application.

  1. Click the Create Login… button.

    Create Login button
  2. Enter information into the Create New User window:

    Create New User window
    • First Name — Enter the user's first name.
    • Last Name — Enter the user's last name.
    • Email Address — Spaces are not allowed. Underscores and dashes may cause errors; the system will automatically replace them with a period.
  3. Click the Create button. A dialog window confirms success or failure of the creation.

Note: When creating MFA-enabled users, the system takes one to two hours to synchronize changes into the MFA Avionté Identity. Set up new users at least a day before they need access, especially when enabling MFA for multiple users across an organization.

After creating the login, create the new user in the Avionté Core Application by navigating to Admin Tools > Employer > User tab. The Login Account and Avionté User Account must match exactly for the user to successfully gain access.
