Locating WC Claims in Avionté

Worker's Compensation Claims can be located within 2 different sections Avionté:

1. By searching WcClaim Main Menu option

OR

2. Searching for the employee and viewing associated Worker's Compensation Claims on the Employee Main Menu

Follow these steps to find a particular Worker's Compensation claim via the WcClaim Main Menu Option:

1. Click the WcClaim Main Menu option (found under the Administration node). 
   
   
   
   
2. Click the Search sub-menu item, if not already selected.
   
   
3. Choose a Search Type in the search bar at the top of the screen:
   • Employee Name
   • Customer Name
   • Claim Number
   • SSN
   • Status
   • WcClaim ID
     
     
4. Enter search criteria that corresponds to the search type selected and press Enter. All matching entries that have a worker's compensation claim will display in the results grid.

Follow these steps to find a particular Worker's Compensation claim via the Employee Main Menu

1. Locate the employee with a Worker's Compensation Claim via Employee>Search

2. From the Employee Main Menu, select the Actions Menu> Employee WC Code

View the WC Claim Report

The WC Claim report displays all data specific to a particular Worker's Compensation claim.

1. Find the specific claim (see instructions above.)
   
   
2. From the Actions menu, choose WcClaim Report.
   
   
3. In the WcClaim Summary window, select the items to be displayed on the report, or leave all selected to view all information.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Preview to generate and display the report.
   
   
   
   
5. When finished with the report, click the X (close) button in the upper-right corner of the report window.
