How can Admin Tools user access be restricted from certain screens and information?

A user with access to Admin Tools has access to all of the Admin Tools section. The access may not be customized.

How does the system know when to accrue PTO and when to deplete PTO?

Accrual Types are set up in Admin Tools.

Specifically, Transaction Types are chosen from the accrual section to designate which PTO is accrued.

To deplete PTO balance, a Time Entry Transaction Type is configured.

Where are the SUTA wage base amounts entered/located?

State Unemployment Tax Act rates are regulated by the Federal Unemployment Insurance program and cannot be adjusted. SUTA rates are applied based on pay location.
