Default:	Please log INTO <a href='http://sql02/avionte2005/TimeEntry.aspx?A=<A>&C=<C>&W=<W>&E=<E>&CompanyID=<CompanyID>'>Approve</a> and review / approve the timecard.<br/>Thank you for your business.<br />
Valid values:	Alphanumeric characters in HTML code format.
