  2. Ensure expired I-9 is removed from all active branches. Within the Edocuments, scroll down to locate the edoc titled “I9 Form_exp10312023” and select View to open –

 

     6. Confirm expired I-9 Edocument Name = I9 Form_exp10312023 / System Name = I9FormV05 and Deselect from all active branches.

  1. When revised Form I-9 is active, review designated portions of the form to confirm the most up-to-date version in use –
