The revised I-9 released to Avionte Classic & Legacy Edoc clients requires branch activation via the Administrator Portal:
- Log into specific customer Administrator Portal -
- From the homepage, navigate to Edocument from the banner and select Edocument to open -
- Within the Edocuments, scroll down to locate the edoc titled “I9 Form” and select View to open-
- Confirm revised I-9 Edocument Name = I9 Form / System Name = I9FormV05. Select all active branches to apply revised I-9 to for completion -
- Ensure expired I-9 is removed from all active branches. Within the Edocuments, scroll down to locate the edoc titled “I9 Form_exp10212019” and select View to open –
- Confirm expired I-9 Edcument Name = I9 Form_exp10212019 / System Name = I9Formv04 & Deselect from all active branches.
- When revised Form I-9 is active, review designated portions of the form to confirm most up-to-date version in use –
