The web_TimeEntry_Note_vendor portal property defines the text that is displayed at the top of the Vendor Time Entry screen.

Property location:	Avionté Admin > Portal Property > Vendor Portal drop-down menu.
Default:	Enter time for the employee's here.
Valid values:	Alphanumeric characters.
