The web_TimeEntry_Note_Customer property sets the text that displays at the top of the Customer Time Entry screen.

Property location:	Avionté Admin > Portal Property > Customer Portal drop-down menu.
Default:	Please enter the time for employee here
Valid values:	Alphanumeric characters.
