The web_TimeClock_User_NotSetClock portal property sets the message that displays if the user does not have a time clock set up.

Property location:	Avionté Admin > Portal Property > Admin Portal drop-down menu.
Default:	"There is no timeclock setup for this user, please contact the admin"
Valid values:	Alphanumeric characters.
Where the setting is reflected...	Message is displayed if the user does not have a timeclock set up.
