Standard Report - Recruiter Metrics

Report Logic

• The report shows data for all 52 weeks of a selected Year and is also separated into Quarters (13 weeks.)
• If the user selects "Show All User Summary = True," one page showing total numbers will generate. 
• If the user selects "Show All User Summary = False," an initial page providing report totals will generate, followed by an additional page per user. 
• For parameters: Message, Candidate Status, Performance Code and End Reason, there is option of “Nothing”. This option allows users to exclude following sections: Message, Order Candidate, Performance and End Reason. Ie. Report will only show count for Order Entered (TE & DH), DH Placement, Temp Starts and Temp Ends.

Report Description

This report shows all the activity of Users in Avionte for a whole year. The information is based on who entered the information into the system.

This report shows activity in the following sectors:

• Message logged
• Order Candidate Status
• Order Entered
• DH Placements
• Temp Starts
• Temp Ends
• Assignment Performance
• Assignment End Reason

Parameters

Parameter Name	Options	Explanation
Year	Pass a Year ID [eg. 2021, 2022, etc.; Pass only one Year]
User	Lists all available User Name from Master User	Excludes Avionte Users
Message	Lists all available Message Types
Candidate Status	Lists all available Candidate Status
Performance Code	Lists all available Performance Codes
End Reason	Lists all available End Reasons
Show All User Summary	True: show Report Total Only False: show Report Total as well as Total numbers per User

Report Fields

Field Name	Explanation
Report shows Count of following Activity of Users:
Message	Lists all logged Message Types as Row Header and shows count of messages under different Action Types for each week of Year Row Header of Message section is highlighted by Light Green background.
Order Candidate	List of Order Candidate Status as Row Header and shows count of Order Candidates under different Candidate Status for each week of Year Row Header of Order Candidate section is highlighted by Light Gray background.
Order Entered	Shows count of DH and TE as Row Header and shows count of TE and DH orders for each week of Year Row Header of Order Entered section is highlighted by Navajo White background.
DH Placements	Shows DH Placements as Row Header and shows count of DH Orders that has started in each week of Year Row Header of DH Placements section is highlighted by Lavender background.
Temp Starts	Shows Temp Starts as Row Header and shows count of TE orders that has started in each week of Year Row Header of Temp Starts section is highlighted by Khaki background.
Temp Ends	Shows Temp Ends as Row Header and shows count of TE orders that has ended in each week of Year Row Header of Temp Starts section is highlighted by Khaki background.
Performance	Lists all Assignment Performance Codes as Row Header and shows count of each Assignments under different Performance Codes for each week of Year Row Header of DH Placements section is highlighted by Lavender background.
End Reason	Lists all Assignment End Reasons as Row Header and shows count of each Assignments under different End Reasons for each week of Year Row Header of DH Placements section is highlighted by Lavender background.
