Standard Reports - Overview

Avionté provides a set of standard reports through the Main Menu > Reports option. To access a report that is not displayed through the Reports menu, contact your company's Avionté Super User or Avionté Technical Services. 

Note: Some reports may not be available with older versions of Avionté. 

 

The Reports in this article are grouped by the type of user (e.g. front office users, back office users, admin users, etc.) who may find that particular report most useful.

940 Schedule A Template A 940 Schedule A form must be filled out in every state in which an employer has paid Unemployment Tax for that tax year. Year Fills a template that helps to calculate the credit reductions for FUTA taxable wages for each state where your employees worked that year. This report makes filing end of year 940 tax documentation easy.
940 Template A 940 Schedule A form must be filled out in every state in which an employer has paid Federal Unemployment Tax for that tax year. Year Fills the FUTA tax return form. This report makes filing end of year 940 tax documentation easy.

1096 Report 1096 Form. This is an annual summary and transmittal form for tax-exempt organizations. Supplier / Year Populates the data for the 1096 form into the 1096 form.

This report makes it easy to print employee information into a 1096 form.

1099 NEC Report This is a tax form that reports the 2023 year-end summary of all non-employee compensation. Year, SSN, Generate For (IRS Review Only, Employee, State), Vendor State (list of all State abbreviations) Populates the data for the 1099 form. This is a new report for 2023.
1099 Report Template This is a tax form that reports the year-end summary of all miscellaneous non-employee compensation. Year, SSN Populates the data for the 1099 form into the 1099 form.

AR Aging As Of Shows outstanding AR in detail and allows you to track your unpaid invoices. Cash Receipts Reports the amount of cash incoming and the source of those payments. Cash Requirement Details liabilities and the amount of cash needed to process payroll. Date Type (Check Date, Accounting Period Date), Group By (Staffing Company, Branch, None), Start Date, End Date, Branch Employee Earnings, Agency Earnings, Deductions, Tax Liability, Net Pay, Employer Contributions, Worker Compensation, Employer Taxes, Summary. Each of these fields is broken down to specific values. This report is a useful resource for payroll processing or for determining the cost of running the business for a specific time period.
Certified Payroll Certified payroll is a federal form submitted weekly to the agency overseeing a government contract. This report produces the federal report from Avionté. Branch, SSN, Date Type, Date, Project Name, Fringe Benefits - Paying Cash in Lieu?, Payroll Number

This report is the federal form used to submit certified payroll weekly.
Check Register Shows paycheck information for all employees. Further broken down: Transaction (Type, Units, Rate, Total Pay), Tax (Tax Name, Taxable Gross, Tax Amount), Deduction (Deduction Type, Amount), Benefit (Type, Amounts, YTD Benefit), Accruals (Plan, Accrual Units, Balance, Depleted Units.) The Check Register Report gives a great snapshot of payroll and can be useful when trying out payroll and billing.
Client Billing Shows billing information for each customer. See how much gross profit your company is making and see the information that makes up the gross profit.

This report is very detailed, shows historical data, and is a great snapshot of all payroll deductions.

The report can be grouped by deduction authority so a user may find a payment due to a specific agency. 

Follow Up Shows messages with some revenue opportunity information. Branch, Customer Status, Sales Level, Sales Rep, Start Date, End Date, Action Type, Date Type (Start Date, Entered Date) Customer Name, Department, Status, State, Primary#, Last Contact Date, Sales Level, Sales Rep, Sales Contact, Expected Revenue. This is a great all-around report that can give you a good idea of company and sales performance. This report can also be used for bonus and commission calculations.
