Config Option - AllowDropDownEmployeeBankName

The AllowDropDownEmployeeBankName property controls whether a bank name can be selected from a list of banks currently in the system. When set to True, the user can select from a drop-down list of banks in the Direct Deposit Setup tab in the Employee section, but will not be able to manually enter a new bank.

 

 

AllowDropDownEmployeeBankName properties

Admin Tools location: Config Option > Site > Branch Setting
Default: True
Valid values: True: The Bank Name will only show a selectable drop-down [populated from System > Config Bank]
False: No drop-down is available, Bank Name must be manually entered
Where the setting is reflected... The Direct Deposit Setup tab in the Employee section.
