Config Options - Group type settings

Group-based configuration options are found in Admin Tools. The options and properties defined in the Group Config Options are the same as those in User Config Options.

By setting and applying options at the group level, there is more control when applying configurations at a broader level. This is a more efficient way to configure users use Avionte in a like manner. When the situation requires that certain users need an option set differently than others in the group, those particular options can be set at the user level.

To access the group configuration options, navigate to Start Page > Actions menu > Admin Tools > click System in the Category column on the left side of the window, then double-click Config Option in the System Choices found to the right. Choose Group from the Select Type drop-down list.
