Config Option - SubsidyAnnualAmount

The SubsidyAnnualAmount property specifies the annual dollar amount of the subsidy tax an employer pays for those employees who elect to use a different health care plan than offered by the employer.

Note: This tax does not apply to those employees who are covered under their spouse's health care plan.

Admin Tools location:	Config Option > System > System > Healthcare
Default:	$3000
Valid values:	Dollar amount per qualifying fulltime or fulltime equivalent employees, based on the subsidy tax as set by the federal government.
