Config Option - HealthcarePlanOffered

The HealthcarePlanOffered property is used for the employer to indicate whether a health care plan is offered by the employer. If no plan is offered, the value should be set to false, and the system then calculates penalty taxes owed by the employer (if they apply based on company size).

 


HealthcarePlanOffered properties

Admin Tools location: Config Option > System > System > Healthcare
Default: False
Valid values: True: The Health Care transaction types are displayed in the Benefits drop-down in the Employee > Payroll > Benefits subsection.
False: Health Care transaction types are disabled and do not appear in the Benefits drop-down in the Employee > Payroll > Benefits subsection.
Where the setting is reflected... Benefit tab within the Payroll option of the Employee section.
