Detail: Add a Company Logo

A company or employer logo can be added into the system for use on documents, such as Invoices and Payments. Specifications for the logo are found in the table below.

Add a logo

1. From the Detail tab in the Supplier section of Admin Tools, click the Browse button for Logo, Invoice Logo, or Payment Logo. A browse window appears for you to select a logo.
   Note: The recommended file size is ~10kb. A file type of .png is recommended for the invoice and payment logos, while a type of .jpeg is recommended for the web logo.
   
   
   
   
2. Select the logo and click Open. The logo will appear in the Detail tab under the logo type for which you just browsed.
   
   
3. Click Save.
