Add BOLD username
To correct this issue, the configuration of a BOLD USERNAME for the User is required. This can be done by:
- Log into Classic
- On the Start Page, click Admin Tools
- Select Employer section, then double click the Supplier
- Click on the User Tab
- Click the Add/Edit button
- Select the User
- Go to the Contact Method section
- Add the following:
- Type: Bold Username
- Value: The user's email address
- IsPrimary: Checkbox on
- Click the Save button
- Click the Avionte icon (upper left corner)
- Click on Restart Application
