Configure BOLD Username in Classic

Add BOLD username

To correct this issue, the configuration of a BOLD USERNAME for the User is required. This can be done by:

  1. Log into Classic
  2. On the Start Page, click Admin Tools


  3. Select Employer section, then double click the Supplier


  4. Click on the User Tab
  5. Click the Add/Edit button


  6. Select the User
    1. Go to the Contact Method section
  7. Add the following:
    1. Type: Bold Username
    2. Value: The user's email address
    3. IsPrimary: Checkbox on
  8. Click the Save button 


  9. Click the Avionte icon (upper left corner)
  10. Click on Restart Application
