The web_CSSFileName portal property denotes the name and location of the CSS file used to style the web portals.

Property location:	Avionté Admin Portal> Portal Property>Admin portal
Default:	Style/Avionte.css
Valid values:	<filelocation>/<filename>.css
Where the setting is reflected...	The styling of the web portals (non-onboarding) including text and images.
