The Web_Time_Entry_Customer_Submit_SendEmail portal property defines if an email notification is sent when the time card is submitted.

 

 

Web_Time_Entry_Customer_Submit_SendEmail

Property location: Avionté Admin > Portal Property > Customer Portal drop-down menu.
Default: True
Valid values: True, False

If it is sent to "True," an email will be automatically sent when the customer submits an employee time card. 

If set to "False," an email will not be sent when the customer submits an employee time card.
Where the setting is reflected... If an email is sent when the customer submits an employee time card.
