The Web_TimeEntry_Reg_ConfigTransactionTypeID admin portal property sets the Config Transaction Type for reg time to ensure it gets recorded properly.

Portal Location:	Avionté Admin > Portal Property > Admin Portal drop-down menu.
Default:	"2"
Valid values:	A numeric value. Should match the value for the Reg transaction type in the Core application.
Where the setting is reflected...	Ensures that reg time is correctly entered.
