The Web_TimeEntry_OT_ConfigTransactionTypeID admin portal property sets the Config Transaction Type for over time (OT) to ensure it gets recorded properly.

Property location:	Avionté Admin > Portal Property > Admin Portal drop-down menu.
Default:	"3"
Valid values:	A numeric value. Should match the value for the OT transaction type in the Core application.
Where the setting is reflected...	Ensures that over time (OT) is correctly entered.
