The web_TimeEntry_No_TimeCard_Note portal property sets the message that displays when there are no time cards that need to be entered.

Property location:	Avionté Admin > Portal Property > Admin Portal drop-down menu.
Default:	"There are currently no time cards to enter."
Valid values:	Alphanumeric characters.
Where the setting is reflected...	This is the message that displays if there are no time cards to enter.
