Standard Report - Order Candidate

Report Description

Details candidates, employees assigned, resumes sent, and other statuses attached to an order.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Options	Explanation
Branch	All available branches
Order ID		Filters results by Staffing Order ID.
Order Status	All Temp & DH Order status.
Show Candidate	All, web, regular, Aero Job Board
Order Type	All Temp & DH Order types
Candidate Status		The status of the candidate in relation to the DH and Temp order listed.

Report Fields

Field Name	Explanation
Customer Name	Customer Name from order.
Job Title	Pulls skill code from configskillcode table.
Order Date	All Temp & DH Order Entered Date from order Date Section.
Ordered By Contact	Pulls order’s contact name order contact role with role type “Order By”.
Order Status	Shows the status of All Temp & DH Order status.
Candidate Name	Pulls employee name who is candidate of the order.
Candidate Status	Shows the status of candidate from ordercandidate.
Referral Source	The name of the website the applicant used to apply to the job. This only appears if a query string was added to the Job Board RSS feed in the Aero Platform. See the Job Board RSS Feed article for more information.
Status Updated By	Shows Entered by UserName from order candidate if status has not been changed else Shows last user name from master who has modified the candidate’s status. And changes have been tracked in Audit.
Status updated On	Shows DateEnterd from order candidate if status has not been changed else Shows last modified date from Audit in which the candidate’s status has modified.
Origin	Show how candidate has been entered in the system i.e. via WizardEntry or PortalEntry. If candidate has been entered via WizardEntry then we call it as Manual Entry. If candidate has been entered via PortalEntry then we call it as Web Entry.
Order ID	StaffingOderID from StaffingOrder.
