Standard Report - Monthly User Log

Report Description

This report helps to study the detailed log report of users for the staffing company.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Options	Explanation
Start Date		First Day of the last month
End Date		7 days before last day of the last month
Roll Up to Root Staffing Supplier	True / False	Based on this parameter, results will either be displayed per individual staffing supplier or rolled into Root Staffing Supplier.

Report Fields

Field Name	Explanation
Staffing Supplier	Staffing Supplier’s Code (If the parameter Roll Up to Root Staffing Supplier is set to True, then Root Staffing Supplier’s Code)
User Count	Number of distinct users logged in (User’s LogType = 'Launch Application')
Period From	Date Range at which the report was ran for
Distinct list of the user that logged in the last month
User Name	User Name of the user logged in (User’s LogType = 'Launch Application')
User Description	User Description of the user logged in  (User’s LogType = 'Launch Application')
Per Period	Number of times logged in per user
Distinct user count per day of the last month
Staffing Supplier	Staffing Supplier’s Code (If the parameter Roll Up to Root Staffing Supplier is set to True, then Root Staffing Supplier’s Code)
Numbers (Dates of the month)	Number of distinct users logged in per day
User Counts by Week for the period.
Staffing Supplier	Staffing Supplier’s Code (If the parameter Roll Up to Root Staffing Supplier is set to True, then Root Staffing Supplier’s Code)
Numbers (Weeks of the month)	Number of distinct users logged in per week
Web Portal Usage Report
Staffing Supplier	Staffing Supplier’s Code (If the parameter Roll Up to Root Staffing Supplier is set to True, then Root Staffing Supplier’s Code)
Portal / Type	Type of portal that is logged in from. Example like – Applicant, Customer, Employee, etc.
Count	If the count of distinct web users logged in having portal type is Admin / Customer / Employee / Sales / Applicant is more than 0, then it displays “In Use”, otherwise displays “Not In Use”
Detailed User Log
Staffing Supplier	Staffing Supplier’s Code (If the parameter Roll Up to Root Staffing Supplier is set to True, then Root Staffing Supplier’s Code)
User Name	User Name of the user logged in (User’s LogType = 'Launch Application')
User Description	User Description of the user logged in  (User’s LogType = 'Launch Application')
Log Date Time	Displays the actual time the users logged in

**End Date is subtracted by 7 Days as we don’t Bill for Last 5 business days
