Standard Report - Address Label

Report Description

Use this report to create the labels for the envelopes so you can mail items to your employees, contacts, customers, or agencies using the Avery® 5160® Address Labels format. This report makes label-making easy.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Options	Explanation
Entity Type	Agency, Contact, Customer, Employee	Based on the option selected, result will be displayed for the entity selected.
Status	Options of Agency Status ,  Contact Status, Customer Status, Employee Status	Based upon the parameter "Entity Type" selected, this parameter displays status options of the entity selected in the "Entity Type" parameter.
Contact Method	Options of Employee Contact Method , Customer Contact Method	When Entity Type parameter is selected as Employee, then this parameter shows options of Employee Contact Method When Entity Type parameter is selected other than Employee, then this parameter shows options of Customer Contact Method
Address Type	Options of Agency Address, Contact Address, Customer Address, Employee Address	Based upon the parameter "Entity Type" selected, this parameter displays address options of the entity selected in the "Entity Type" parameter.
Entity Name		Based upon the parameter "Entity Type" selected, this parameter filters entity name for the Entity Type parameter selected.
Branch	All available branches	Based upon the parameter "Entity Type" selected, this parameter filters branch for the Entity Type parameter selected.
Start Date
End Date
Exclude Last Check/Invoice Date	True/False	Based upon the parameter "Entity Type" selected, when True is selected in this parameter it ignores if the entity type had their last checks/invoices between the date range and so pulls those entity too who were not billed or paid during the date range.
Show Contact Method	True/False	When True is selected, it shows contact method of the Entity Type selected in the parameter "Entity Type"

Report Fields

Field Name	Explanation
Entity Name	Displays the entity name Depends upon the "Entity Type" parameter selected
Entity Address	Displays the address of the entity just below the entity name. Depends upon the "Entity Type" parameter selected
Entity Contact Method	Displays the contact method of the entity just below the entity address (If parameter Show Contact Method = True). Depends upon the "Entity Type" parameter selected.
