Standard Report - Dashboard

Report Description

The Dashboard has different graphs to show the company health and compared to previous years. This report provides an overview of metrics that gauge company performance and constructs financial charts to summarize company health over time.

Parameters

Branch	All available branches
No. of Years (Since)		Number of years that we want to compare the data of
Show Reports Contents	True, False	If set to True, shows the report contents like Total Sales Over Time, Total Gross Profit Over Time, etc. If set to False, then the report contents will be hidden
Roll up to Parent Customer	True, False	If set to True, the totals are rolled up to their parent rather than department level.

Gross Profit, Assignment and Orders	Shows the comparison of gross profit in Gauge format Shows the counts of this week starting assignments and this week ending assignments Shows the counts of unfilled DH orders and unfilled DH orders
Total Sales Over Time	Shows the comparison of total sales overtime in Line Chart format
Total Gross Profit Over Time	Shows the comparison of total gross profit overtime in Line Chart format
Yearly and Current Sales by Branch	Shows the comparison of yearly sales per branch in Column Chart format Shows the comparison of current sales per branch in Column Chart format
Yearly and Current Gross Profit by Branch	Shows the comparison of yearly gross profit per branch in Column Chart format Shows the comparison of current gross profit per branch in Column Chart format
Top 5 Customers by Total Bill and Gross Profit	Shows the top 5 customers by total bill in Column Chart format Shows the top 5 customers by gross profit in Column Chart format
Assignment Over Time	Shows the comparison of assignment overtime per branch in Line Chart format
Total Sales by Order Type	Shows the comparison of total sales by order type in Column Chart format
Gross Profit by Order Type	Shows the comparison of total gross profit by order type in Column Chart format
