Report Description

PLEASE NOTE:  The IRS made changes to form 1099-MISC in 2020 and introduced the 1099-NEC.This report should be used for year 2019 & prior. 

This report makes it easy to print employee information into a 1099 form. This is a tax form that reports the year-end summary of all miscellaneous non-employee compensation.

Recipient’s identification	Employee’s SSN (TIN from GS_VendorInfo)
Recipient’s name	Employee’s Name
Nonemployee compensation	Value of BoxValue from GS_Vendor1099Info table
Street address (including apt. no.)	Employee’s street address (from GS_VendorInfo)
City or town, state or province, country, ZIP or foreign postal code	Employee’s City, State and Zip (from GS_VendorInfo)

**This report will have two employees per page i.e. one person on top and the other at bottom.
