Config Option - PromptOrderToAssignmentRateChange

The PromptOrderToAssignmentRateChange property controls whether users are prompted with the message: "Would you like to update assignment with the rate change?" when changing the rate for a particular order in the Order section. If the user chooses Yes on the prompt, the user can then choose the assignments to update.

PromptOrderToAssignmentRateChange properties

Admin Tools location:	Config Option > Site > Branch Setting
Default:	False
Valid values:	True: A message displays prompting the user if they want to update the order assignment rate also when the order rate is changed.
	False: The option to update the assignment is not available to the user.
