Config Option - DefaultStateExemptions

The DefaultStateExemptions property sets the default value for the State Exemptions field displayed in the Tax group box in the New Employee wizard.

Admin Tools location:	Config Option > Site > Branch Setting
Default:	0
Valid values:	0-99
Where the setting is reflected...	New Employee wizard: Add Employee tab.
