Admin Tools: Order Candidate Mail Templates (Pre 16.1)

Note: In versions 16.1 and newer, the Order Candidate Mail Template has been replaced by the Assign Email Templates admin tool. 

In admin tools, the Order Candidate Mail Template is used to assign created email templates to be sent when a candidates status is changed in the Temp Order Candidates screen.

 

 

Selecting a Mail Template

To select a Mail template for use:

1. Navigate to Start Page > Actions Menu > Admin Tools > Category = System
   
   
2. Select Order Candidate Mail Template entry.
   
   
3. In the Mail Template column, mouse-over the row next to the template to be selected. A drop-down menu will display.
   
   
4. Click the drop-down menu to select a template.
   Note: If an invalid template is chosen, an error message will display. Click OK on the error message and select another template that is valid. 
   
   
   
   
   
5. Tab off the row to save the selected Mail Template.
