The web_OverridePortalMenuSettingsByUser property defines whether a user's menu settings are based on definitions in the Avionté core application or from the Admin Portal's menu section.

Property location:	Avionte Admin Portal > Portal Property> Admin portal
Default:	True
Valid values:	True: The menu setup is controlled from the Create Web User wizard setup in the Avionté core application. False: The menu setup is controlled from the Admin portal's Menu section.
