The Web_Show_PreScreen_Question_Page property controls whether the PreScreen question page appears in the Applicant portal.

Property location:	Avionte Admin Portal > Portal Property> Applicant portal or through Avionte Admin Portal > Applicant Workflow
Default	False
Valid values:	True: The PreScreen question page appears when the applicant logs into the Applicant portal, as long as the applicant has not already completed the questions prior to this login. Also, if an employee has their web login role set to Applicant, they will also see the PreScreen question page when logging into the Employee portal if they have not yet completed the PreScreen questions. False: The PreScreen question page does not appear in the Applicant portal.
