Candidates are talent that qualify for an order or have applied to an order from an Aero job board. While Talent refers to a pool of all people, Candidates refers to the specific subset of Talent that are qualified and/or have applied to a specific order.
In Recruiter module, recruiters can see a list of talent cards/candidates that have been associated to an order, as well as add new talent as a candidate for an order.
Note: In many instances in Aero, an element that has been engaged is blue. An element that is available is green.

Candidates Quicklink
To view candidates associated with an order, first find that order under the Order page. Then select the Candidates QuickLink—the icon—to view Candidate Cards for candidates associated with that order.

Messages |
A log of all messages associated with the selected Candidate card. Messages logged in either the Core Application or Recruiter Module are displayed in the Messages QuickView. See Avionté Web Platform FAQ for more information about messages. |
Candidate Card
A Candidate Card displays a quick, simplified view of information about each individual talent. Each Candidate Card features dynamic QuickLinks and QuickViews that provide further details about the talent.
Note: In the Candidates view, an Order card's Candidates icon— —is automatically changed to a "Back" button— . Select to return to the previous Orders page.
Current List
The default view shows the Current List of candidates associated with the order. These are the candidates the recruiter has selected for consideration for the job and have applied to the job from the Aero Job Board.
Click the Auto Match button. Then, click in the Candidate card and choose Add as candidate to order.
Auto Match
The Auto Match view auto-generates a list of other potential candidates that are not already selected as candidates. The Auto Match feature pulls potential candidates from the agency's entire talent pool that are determined to be matches based on their competencies, other qualifications, and Avionté skills.
To add auto-matched talent as a candidate for an order, click the Auto Match button. Then, click the Order Actions menu, , in the Candidate card and choose Add as candidate to order.
Relevancy Indicator
Candidate cards displayed in the Auto Match view features a Relevancy Indicator on the upper-left of the card.
Candidates possessing a high number of the required qualifications specified in an order will display more indicator bars than a candidate less qualified to fill the order.
The list of suggested candidates is ordered based on relevancy—the candidate with the most matches to the order appears at the top of the Auto Match list.
Add Candidate to Order
To choose a specific candidate without generating search results based on relevancy, the Order Actions menu, , in the Order card features an "Add candidate to order" option.
From the Actions menu, select Add candidate to order and enter the name of the candidate into the window's search field. As text is entered, candidate names that match the text will be included in the list. Choose the appropriate candidate from the list, then select Add.
Career QuickView
The Career QuickView generates a display of the candidate's professional experience and education. Career information is generated when a talent is added to Avionté Web Platform from a resume parse.
Qualifications QuickView
The Qualifications QuickView generates a display of, and allows the editing of competencies, other qualifications (e.g. certifications and licenses), additional descriptive tags, and any skill codes previously defined.

Other Qualifications | Refers to certified knowledge or experience rather than specific tools. Qualifications may include certifications, coursework completion, or position-related recognition. |
Additional Tags | Tags are a free-form categorization mechanism in Avionté Web Platform that allow users to group records based on information that is not part of the standard data of a record. A tag can be used to populate specific search results or to help manage workflow or process-related activity. For example, if the tag "humorous" were attached to a candidate, that candidate would be included in search results for the term "humorous." |
Avionté Skill Codes |
If a Skill Code has been created in the Avionté Core Application, it will appear here as a "read-only" value. Skill Codes may only be managed in the Core Application. A Skill Code is a specified competence or proficiency used to define an applicant. Avionté users configure specific names (codes) to each skill on a resume to help manage the applicant in a database. |
Editing Qualifications
Some of the sections in the Qualifications pane can be edited right in the pane. Competencies, Other Qualifications, and Additional Tags can be edited in this area. Because Avionté Skill Codes are a part of the Core Application, they are not editable in the Qualifications pane. See Managing Avionté Skill Codes below for editing information.
- Select to open an editing window for that section.
- Enter a competency title into the "Enter tool or competency..." field.
- Select . The newly entered item will appear as a proficiency requested by the order. To remove an item, select the next to the item.
- Select Done to save changes or Cancel to ignore changes when completed.
Q & A QuickView
The Q & A QuickView area features data gathered during the candidate's application process.
Interview
The Interview area of the Q & A QuickView, shown by default, features questions and answers from the candidate's interview. Questions and answers can be edited or deleted from this area.
Message QuickView
The Messages QuickView provides a list of all messages associated with the selected Candidate card. Messages logged in either the Core Application or Recruiter Module are displayed in the Messages QuickView.
Clicking on Messages in the current card will display all messages associated with the current record in the Messages QuickView.
Each message displays the name of the message creator and is stamped with the date it was created. Messages in the QuickView are sorted in reverse chronological order according to the message creation date.
