Contact Skills July 07, 2021 17:18 Updated Tags: Customer Contact Note Skill Industry Category Overview Updated 07/07/2021 The Skills item of the Contact section is used to catalog skills that are required by or relevant to the contact. Add a Skill Select a Contact. Select the Skill sub-menu item. Any existing skills for this contact will be displayed in the main panel. From here, you can either choose a category or select an individual skill. Choose a Category Click on the New Skill button. This opens the New Skill window. Double-click on a category to open a list of related skills and their corresponding descriptions. Click on the check mark box in Select column next to the desired skills. When all of the needed skills are selected, click the Finish button. Note: If the same skill is added more than once Avionté will display an error message. Select a Skill Click on the drop-down menu in the Skill Code to open a list of all available skills and their descriptions. Click on the desired skill to enter it in the list. Add a Note Notes can be added on a skill-by-skill basis by clicking on the free text field located next to a skill in the Notes column.
