Admin Tools: Employee Details Setup & Configuration

The Employee Details screen that was included in the 14.1 release requires some configuration of System Names for entered values to display correctly. This can be by navigating to Start Page > Actions Menu > Admin Tools > Category = System > Config Choice.

 

 

Static Information Bar

 

• Home Phone: For a phone number to appear here, its system name must be "Phone" in Config Choice.
• Cell Phone: A feature only available in version 17.1 and newer, its system name must be "Cell" in Config Choice.
• Email: For an email address to appear here, its system name must be "Email" in Config Choice.
  
  

Background Summary

• Misdemeanors: For a criminal history item to appear here, its system name must be "misdemeanor."
• Felonies: For a criminal history item to appear here, its system name must be "felony."
  
  

Hiring Data

• Interview Date: For a date to appear here, its system name must be "InterviewedDate."
• Hire Date: For a date to appear here, its system name must be "HireDate".
• Orientation Date: For a date to appear here, its system name must be "OrientationDate."
• Interviewed by: For a user name to appear here, its system name must be "InterviewedBy."
• Recruiter: For a name to appear here, its system name must be "ServiceRep."
