Avionté enables job orders to be posted directly to online job boards such as Indeed, Simply Hired, and Career Builder. The Job Portal function in Admin Tools is used to manage the use of job boards populated with Avionté data.
The Job Portal needs to be setup for each Supplier/Employer.
Click on the Add New button
Select the appropriate information for the fields:
Portal: Select a list of Providers from the Job Portal tab
Supplier: Select the Supplier that the Job Portal should be available for.
Click on the Save button
Click on the OK button

Once you are in the Job Portal section (Admin Tools > Job Portal)
Click on the Job Portal tab
Review the list of Job Portals in the Name column to avoid adding duplicates.
Enter the information into the following fields:
Portal: The name of the Job Portal that is being added.
System Name: The name of the portal as it will be displayed in the URL (do not include spaces).
Description: A free-text description of the portal only used here to help differentiate portals. The Job Portal Property group will contain all of the specific details required for some portal to function. These details will be added once the portal is saved.
