Quarterly/Annual PA York Adams Export

This article covers the York Adams Tax Bureau (YATB) standard payroll tax exports available in Avionté Classic Back Office. Three separate export files are available for agencies with employees working in York or Adams County, PA: EIT Quarterly, EIT Annual, and LST Quarterly. Each file follows the PAlite format specification used by YATB and outputs as an Excel file.

EIT Quarterly Export

The EIT Quarterly export generates a local earned income tax file in PAlite format for quarterly submission to the York Adams Tax Bureau. This export is available in the Weekly Process section of the Desktop Application.

Running the Export

1. Click Weekly Process
2. Click the Export/Import right side tab
3. Select feed YATB EIT Quarterly

Note: Permission to this export can be granted via Admin Tools > System > Report > Advance Query > User.

Year	Free text field (ex. 2025)	Use this filter to refine the records per Year
Quarter	Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4	Use this filter to refine the records per Quarter

EIT Annual Export

The EIT Annual export generates a local earned income tax file in PAlite format for annual submission to the York Adams Tax Bureau. This export follows the same format as the EIT Quarterly export and outputs as a separate Excel file.

Running the Export

1. Click Weekly Process
2. Click the Export/Import right side tab
3. Select feed YATB EIT Annual

 

Note: Permission to this export can be granted via Desktop Application > Admin Tools > System > Report > Advance Query > User.

LST Quarterly Export

The LST Quarterly export generates a local services tax file in PAlite format for quarterly submission to the York Adams Tax Bureau. This export follows the same format as the EIT exports and outputs as a separate Excel file.

Note: YATB does not require an LST Annual submission. Only the LST Quarterly export is available for local services tax reporting.

Running the Export

1. Click Weekly Process
2. Click the Export/Import right side tab
3. Select feed YATB LST Quarterly
