Config Option - OTPlanAutoWeightOTDTBillRate

The OTPlanAutoWeightOTDTBillRate property enables the application of overtime accrual for Ontario employees.

The overtime process (txn_ProcessOTPlan_Default) will auto-update OT/DT bill rates to 0.00 when the Config Option OTPlanAutoWeightOTDTBillRate is set to 'false.' If set to 'true,' it will weigh the bill rates between two different assignments from the same customer.
