AR Aging Reports detail the amount of time that a bill transaction has been left unpaid by selected customers.
- Select Aging Report from the Actions menu or click Aging Report from the Shortcuts menu.
- An Aging Report can be generated for all customers available to a user or specific customers via Customer Name, Branch Name, or PO Number using the AR Selected Customer grid.
- Select from Customer, Branch, or PO Number
- Enter the PO Number into the PO Number field, the Customer Name into the Customer Name field, or the Branch Name into the Branch Name field.
Customers matching the entered value will populate the below field. - Select each entity individually, or click the Select All check box located under the PO Number, Branch, or Customer Name.
- Click the Aging Report button to open an Aging Report for the selected entities.

Is it possible to email the aging report to someone directly from Avionte rather than printing and scanning?
Currently, there is not an option to email the report directly. You can setup an Email profile and then send the Report as a PDF or Excel format.
