UE Calculator

The UE Calculator computes the amount of unemployment earnings and the charge back to the company that will be generated over a selected date range.

 

Use the Calculator

1. Open the UE Calculator from the Employee Actions Menu.
   
   
2. Verify the Name and SSN for the employee.
   
   
3. Enter a Start Date.
   
   
4. Enter an End Date.
   
   
5. Click the Calc button to calculate the amount of wages the employee has earned during their unemployment.
   
   
6. Use the Modifier to select the percentage that the employer will be paying of their unemployment.
   
   
7. Click the second Calc button to see the amount that will be charged to the employer.
   
   
8. Click Close to close the calculator.
