Issue
An expected EDocument is not available for selection in a portal.
Resolution
Enable the EDocument through the Admin Portal's EDocument tool.
- In the Admin Portal, click EDocument from the menu at the top of the page. Click the word or its icon.
- A selection of available EDocuments will display. Click View next to the EDocument to be displayed.
- An EDocument Detail window will display. Configure the EDocument for desired behavior. Visit the eDocument Configuration article for specific details.
- Click Update to save changes.
The EDocument Detail page will close and updated information will display on the EDocument Home page.
