Portal EDocument not Displayed

Issue

An expected EDocument is not available for selection in a portal.

 

Resolution

Enable the EDocument through the Admin Portal's EDocument tool. 

  1. In the Admin Portal, click EDocument from the menu at the top of the page. Click the word or its icon.

  2. A selection of available EDocuments will display. Click View next to the EDocument to be displayed.

  3. An EDocument Detail window will display. Configure the EDocument for desired behavior. Visit the eDocument Configuration article for specific details.

     

  4. Click Update to save changes. 

    The EDocument Detail page will close and updated information will display on the EDocument Home page.
