Issue
Orders and assignments are displaying on the Customer Portal > Time Entry page when they should not be viewable.
Resolution
If contact is associated to specific Orders...
Set the Customer > Sales & Service > Web Option Web_Contact_Role_View_Option to "OrderContactRole" for the Corporate customer. The Customer Portal > Time Entry page will only display assignments where the contact appears under Order > Contact Roles.
Note: Delete the contact's Contact Role record on irrelevant orders.
If contact is associated to departments...
Set the Customer > Sales & Service > Web Option Web_Contact_Role_View_Option to "CustomerContactRole" for the Corporate customer. The Customer Portal > Time Entry page will display all assignments for which the contact appears under Customer > Contact Roles. If the customer is split into departments, the contact will only view the specific department's orders and assignments.
Note: Delete the contact's Contact Role record in irrelevant departments.
